It’s difficult to place Andre’s work into one category, and that’s probably because it didn’t develop in a straight line.

There’s a structured side to him, shaped by years in environments where analysis, discipline, and decision-making mattered. But there’s also another side that came from experience, the kind you can’t fully explain until you’ve lived through it and spent years trying to understand it afterward.

For more than twenty-five years, he has worked closely with individuals navigating spiritually transformative experiences. Over time, you begin to notice when something repeats. Not in an obvious way, but enough to recognize that there’s an underlying pattern.

That pattern eventually became the foundation of the Conscious Intelligence framework.

What also shaped his work was seeing how often these experiences were misunderstood. Situations that were treated as purely clinical, when they carried something else beneath them. That gap between experience and interpretation stayed with him, and it’s part of what pushed this work forward.

Alongside the personal and observational side, there is also a research layer supporting what he presents. Data, case material, and cross-traditional insights all contribute quietly to the structure behind the writing.

Through Christ Church Divinity School and his ongoing work, he continues developing this further, not just as an idea, but as something that can be applied in real settings.
